Chhotu Saini, who makes onion pakodas, told Local 18 that the people here like his onion pakodas a lot. The taste of these onion pakodas is such that if someone eats it once, he will definitely come again. Chhotu Saini says that it has been a long time since he has been doing this work. This is their third generation, which is making onion pakodas.

Along with these pakodas, the taste of our chutney is also quite amazing. Due to this, the taste of these onion pakodas with chutney becomes doubly delicious. Chhotu tells that the price of our pakodas is Rs 200 per kg in the market. Our onion pakodas are famous by the name of Mosquito, because our father’s name used to be Mosquito in his childhood. These dumplings have been named after him. People like these pakodas of ours very much.

This is how onion pakodas are prepared
To make pakodas, first of all Chhotu tells that we grind whole gram gram flour in a mill and then mix this gram flour with finely chopped onions. After mixing well with the onion, grind the whole spices brought from the market at home and add water to finely chopped onion and gram flour and mix well. When it is mixed well, they are fried in mustard oil on low flame, due to which they become nice and crisp from all the sides. When it is cooked well, after that chutney is added and served to the people.
